Welcome to St. Matthew's in Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador! We are a church family of Biblical Christians striving to be faithful to Christ, and to walk in His ways. We are members of the Anglican Network in Canada, looking to follow Jesus within the Anglican liturgical witness and Biblical belief.
Sunday Services
We have services at 2pm every Sunday at Crossing Church (58 Elizabeth Drive, Gander). We celebrate the Lord's Supper (The Eucharist) at least two Sunday's a month with a praise service on the third Sunday of the month.
All are welcome and come as you are! We also livestream our services on our Facebook page.

About Our Rector
Rev. Brian Candow
Our Rector is Rev. Brian Candow, a native Ganderite. Rev. Brian was ordained in 1989 and served primarily in the Anglican Church of Canada in Central Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island. He has been our rector since 2020.
